Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative and corporate services, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, and handling various types of claims and grants.

You will also be responsible for updating employee personal particulars, managing leave and claims, assisting with promotion and demotion processes, conducting gift valuations, and performing other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess strong service excellence mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. You should also have a Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline, or A-level with at least one year of relevant experience.

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $2,400 - $2,800, 18 days annual leave, and performance bonuses. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and develop your skills and knowledge in human resources.

Others

This role is based in Bukit Gombak, Depot Road, Cashew, and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm. The duration of this contract is until January 2029, and it is extendable. This role is part of a partnership with the Employment and Employability Institute Pte Ltd.

Your Skills

In addition to your qualifications, you should have excellent management skills, including onboarding, HR administration, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, interpersonal skills, leave management, event logistics administration, human relations, and human resources.
