Talent Manager Job Opportunity

This is a unique chance to work as a Talent Manager in a dynamic and supportive environment. In this role, you will be responsible for discovering and developing TikTok creators, building their personal brands, and securing lucrative partnerships and sponsorships.

  • Identify and recruit talented TikTok creators with strong potential for growth and develop them into successful influencers.
  • Provide strategic guidance to talent on optimising their content and growing their following.
  • Negotiate and manage sponsorship , brand partnership, and other commercial deals for talent.
  • Coach talent on personal branding, audience engagement, and monetisation strategies.
  • Analyse content performance and audience data to inform talent development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, agencies, and industry partners.

Key Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in TikTok influencer marketing and talent management.
  • Proven track record of discovering, developing, and monetising TikTok talent.
  • Deep understanding of TikTok algorithm, audience trends, and monetisation models.
  • Excellent negotiation , relationship-building, and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven approach to talent management.
  • Passion for staying ahead of the curve in the fast-moving social media industry.
