We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top talent to drive business growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and developing effective recruitment strategies;
- Source, screening, and shortlisting top talent through job portals, networking, and referrals;
- Conducting interviews and assessing candidates to ensure the best fit for job roles;
- Advising clients on market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices;
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to offer negotiations;
- Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to create long-term partnerships;
- Developing employer branding initiatives to attract top talent;
- Staying updated on industry hiring trends and emerging talent acquisition technologies;
- Providing insights on workforce planning and recruitment analytics;
- Working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma and above;
- Excellent people skills and the ability to build relationships;
- Strategic mindset with problem-solving abilities;
- Passion for talent development and recruitment.
