Corporate Administration Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Corporate Administration Manager to support our team's administrative operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective use of organizational resources, managing office facilities, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee administrative operations, including facilities management, to ensure smooth and efficient use of organizational resources.
  • Manage office facilities, including procurement and management of administration contracts, budget management, records management, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve productivity and efficiency, utilizing technology and software to enhance office administration and facilities management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in corporate administration, record management, or sustainability-related roles.
  • IT savvy with digitization and proficiency in knowledge of technologies and skills, such as RPA, AI, and PowerBI.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different situational needs and challenges.
  • Team player and strong communicator who can work with stakeholders of different levels.
