Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Corporate Trust and Agency team as a Corporate Trust and Agency Administration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for transaction management, client servicing, and administration for products offered by the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage transactions and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines
- Provide exceptional client service and support to internal and external stakeholders
- Administer and maintain accurate records and documentation for clients and transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of transactions and client onboarding
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
