Position Overview

In this capacity, I will take full charge of the seamless execution of all Human Resources functions, delivering exceptional services and products in alignment with brand standards.

My responsibilities will include:

  • Managing administrative tasks related to Talent Acquisition.
  • Overseeing the administration for the Vice President of HR & Training.
  • Maintaining the Corporate Office talent database.
  • Administering the Six Senses Career website and associated social media platforms.
  • Conducting candidate qualifications and interviews.
  • Providing support for hotel pre-openings.
  • Coordinating global HR conference calls.
  • Managing the annual Employee Opinion Survey.
  • Assisting with various host events and initiatives alongside other administrative responsibilities.
  • Organizing events for the Corporate Office.
  • Supporting assigned projects as needed.
Qualifications:

To fulfill the role of Human Resources Specialist, I possess the necessary qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a comparable position within luxury hospitality, demonstrating proven success. I hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, ideally in Human Resources or Hospitality Management. I may be a recent graduate or have over a year of experience in a similar HR role.

I am an engaged, visible, and proactive host with exceptional organizational abilities.

My intuitive understanding of product and service quality, coupled with a passion for excellence, allows me to cater to the sophisticated needs of luxury clientele, and I thrive in cross-cultural environments.

Technical proficiencies include advanced skills in MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. I am also knowledgeable in HR systems such as HRMS and Talent systems, as well as social media platforms.

I possess valid work authorization for employment in Singapore.
