The Operational Excellence Coordinator plays a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring service quality, and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives.
- Align strategic directions and business objectives with top management, assisting in translating them into actionable plans within cash operations and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering or business administration is required.
- L6S green belt and lean practitioner credentials are preferred.
- Formal training or certification in data analytics or robotic process automation is highly desirable.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing or production capacity is necessary.
- Exceptional team and workshop facilitation skills are essential.
- Strong business acumen is required.
