**Job Title:** Bar Service Expert

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences, and the ability to work well under pressure.

The position requires a strong knowledge of beverages, wine, and menu items. You should be able to make recommendations, take orders accurately, and serve food and drinks efficiently. Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide smooth, efficient, and high-standard service at all times
  • Presentation of menus and drink lists, respond to guest inquiries, and make food and beverage recommendations
  • Take orders and serve food and drinks in accordance with established service procedures
  • Maintain par stock levels of beverages and guest supplies
  • Prepare mise-en-place as per operational needs
  • Clear and reset counters or tables during and after service
  • Assist with outlet decorations during special promotions or themed events
  • Ensure all beverage stock is stored correctly at appropriate temperatures
  • Maintain polished glassware and clean bar tools

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a bar or related F&B environment
  • Strong bartending skills with excellent beverage and wine knowledge
  • Guest-oriented, friendly, and committed to providing great service
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility
  • A team player with good communication and team-building skills
