Job Role Overview:

Essential Skills:

  • Product knowledge and recipe proficiency are required.
  • Bartending skills, food safety awareness, and workplace safety protocols are also essential.
  • Inventory management, sanitation practices, fine dining etiquette, attentive customer service, and teamwork and collaboration skills are highly valued.
  • Awareness of wine and cocktails, along with excellent communication skills, are necessary for success in this role.
