We are seeking an experienced bar service professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Opening and closing of the bar: Ensure the bar is prepared for service at the start of each shift, and that all equipment and supplies are in good working order.">
  • Bar operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the bar, including ordering, preparation, and inventory management.">
  • Mixing cocktails and preparing beverages: Develop and implement creative cocktail menus, and prepare a variety of beverages, including coffee and other specialty drinks.">
  • Serving guests: Provide prompt and courteous service to guests in the bar, lounge area, and restaurant.">
  • Assisting team members: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery.">
  • Managing inventory: Conduct regular inventory counts to ensure accurate stock levels and prevent waste.">
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment: Adhere to health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.">

Requirements:

  • Friendly and quick worker: Demonstrate a positive attitude and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Efficient interaction level and proficient in English language: Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers.">
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills: Build strong relationships with colleagues, management, and customers.">
  • Good knowledge of wine, beer, and alcohol: Stay up-to-date on current trends and developments in the beverage industry.">
  • Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays: Demonstrate flexibility and willingness to work non-traditional hours.">
  • 1-2 years' experience in F&B industry: Showcase previous experience in the food and beverage industry.">
