Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Signal and Control System Manager to lead our team in providing engineering solutions to reliability problems affecting Supervisory Control systems and their associated equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and management to the team, ensuring effective collaboration with Ops and Maintenance staff from the Lines as well as other engineering departments to investigate defects.
  • Analyze and trending condition monitoring and defect data to identify reliability concerns, developing methods, proposing modifications, and improving maintenance strategies to overcome them.
  • Vet and review technical work instructions for preventive and corrective maintenance activities, reviewing and updating System Hazard log and Risk register.
  • Identify and implement cost-effective technologies to enhance SMRT Supervisory Control system performance, supporting LTA and SMRT projects in reviewing project design specifications and ensuring their adequacy for safety, reliability, maintainability, and operability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • More than 8 years of experience in Supervisory Control System related field.
  • Good understanding of integrated/supervisory control system design and interface requirements, computer IP networks, industrial protocols, and client-server platforms.
  • Adept with diagnostic and reliability engineering methodologies, strong analytical and decision-making abilities, and fluent written and oral communication skills in English.
