Job Opportunity: Fine Dining Kitchen Professional
We are seeking a skilled and experienced chef de partie to join our dynamic team in the heart of River Valley. Our semi-fine dining Korean restaurant is committed to providing an exceptional dining experience, and we're looking for passionate professionals who share our vision.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring that all dishes from the assigned station are prepared according to the highest standards. This will involve executing intricate and detailed cooking techniques, maintaining high standards of food quality, taste, and presentation, and working closely with other members of the kitchen team to coordinate the timing of dishes.
Additional responsibilities include assisting in managing inventory for the assigned station, reporting to the sous chef or head chef regarding ingredient needs and shortages, and adhering to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organized station.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a professional kitchen, with a focus on fine dining. They will possess excellent communication skills, good knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards, and a passion for delivering high-quality dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
