Job Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the fabrication and installation of structural elements. Our team requires an experienced individual to lead this effort.

  • Liaise with senior engineers to understand project schedules and ensure timely completion.
  • Expedite site fabrication and installation works with allocated subcontractor teams.
  • Update and report project progress, including plans for activities to be completed within one week.
  • Perform red line mark up drawings and update engineering records.
  • Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve drawing and site discrepancies, equipment structural clash checks, and troubleshoot fabrication matters.
  • Maintain remnant material records for final reconciliation.
  • Coordinate scaffolding erection and de-staging plans with all trades.
  • Oversee fabrication and installation job fit-up, welding, and inspection.
  • Ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of works.
  • Understand and manage subcontractor performance in accordance with provided schedules.
  • Capture and prepare timesheets for submission related to drawing changes, modifications, and scope variations.
  • Provide necessary information for MOS and JSA arrangements and follow up on lifting plan arrangement drawings.
