Job Title: Assistant Project Manager

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in project management, with experience in facade works. They will be responsible for managing and supervising project team supervisors to ensure site works are executed according to plan, on schedule, and within budget.
  • The role also involves attending meetings with clients and consultants to coordinate site activities, monitoring progress, and reporting to the Project Manager.
  • A strong understanding of construction management principles and practices is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Construction/Building/Project Management/Engineering/Civil Engineering related field.
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in project management with experience in facade works.
  • Excellent organizational, coordination, leadership, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors.
  • Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
