Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to join our team. As a key member of the household, you will provide exceptional support to the Principal and family members, ensuring seamless daily operations.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask with ease. You will be responsible for managing calendars, arranging travel, and coordinating appointments, as well as handling administrative tasks, finance-related duties, and providing liaison services between the family and office staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage calendars and arrange travel for the Principal and family members
  • Coordinate appointments and day-to-day requests
  • Handle administrative tasks, including document organization and confidential file management
  • Assist with financial duties, such as expense tracking and payment processing
  • Provide liaison services between the family and office staff
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times. You should also have proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as experience with travel arrangements and scheduling software.

In addition to your technical skills, you should possess strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
