Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to lead the research and product design efforts for our DEX aggregator.

About the Opportunity

This role is responsible for delivering comprehensive Product Requirement Documents (PRD), prototypes, and associated documentation. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including market, operations, UI/UX, R&D, and testing, to drive the successful implementation and launch of the DEX aggregator project.

The Product Manager will manage the entire product life cycle, developing and monitoring data analysis indicators. Regularly analysing daily data to derive insights and optimise product performance.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, with 3-5 years of professional product management experience.
  • A background in computer science and communication is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in web3, DeFi, Swap, and Bridge technologies.
  • Previous exposure as an experienced user of DeFi ecosystem is highly desirable.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese, with effective communication skills for interacting with overseas colleagues and users in both languages.
  • Strong ownership mentality and effective project management skills.
Key Competencies

Project management, keen sense of user experience, familiarity with user growth strategies, and a deep understanding of Web3 and DeFi ecosystems.
