Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in operations or supply chain management.
  • Senior leadership experience in regional or global distribution environments.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive data-driven decisions.
  • Experience with operational excellence methodologies and supply chain systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of global trade compliance and risk management.
