Experienced Project Manager for Financial System Implementations

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead client system implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.
  • Estimate resources, identify dependencies, and plan project timelines and milestones.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of implementation projects from scoping to testing.
  • Lead project teams comprising business and IT members, as well as external partners.
  • Communicate project expectations clearly and promptly to team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, system specifications, and presentations.
Requirements:
  • Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Applied Finance, Banking and Finance, or a relevant discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the capital markets, with at least 5 years in project management within similar areas.
  • Experience implementing Treasury or Capital Markets software such as Murex, Calypso, or similar banking software.
  • Good knowledge of financial products including forwards, futures, swaps, bonds, and options.
  • Proven leadership of large, complex, cross-functional teams and driving results through task coordination and delivery.
  • PMP or PRINCE II certification is advantageous.
  • Ability to challenge ideas constructively and work with diverse groups to reach consensus; skilled negotiator and conflict resolver.
  • Excellent communication skills for interaction across all organizational levels.
