Job Title:

"IT Systems Implementation Manager"

Job Summary:

We are seeking an IT Systems Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation of our new ERP/WMS system project transformation from our old system.

This is a key role in supporting the growth and success of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement all IT systems at our branch offices and manufacturing plants, including ERP, SRM, OA, MES, QMS, WMS, and APS.
  • Set up maintenance schedules and policies for all IT systems.
  • Provide support for data mining and extraction requests from various sites and offices.
  • Escalate issues from all sites and offices as required.
  • Improve IT applications to make them user-friendly and efficient through automation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Proven experience in implementing IT systems such as ERP, APS, WMS, SRM, and OA.
  • Familiarity with Linux Red Hat and Oracle database.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to travel frequently during the first year of implementation and occasionally thereafter for audits and reviews.
