About This Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex financial system projects from end-to-end. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for planning, requirement gathering, solution design, system implementation, and project delivery across multiple finance business and technology teams.

This role demands strong project management expertise, deep knowledge of finance processes and IT systems, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end planning, requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and operations for financial systems projects, ensuring timely project delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional development teams for seamless project execution.
  • Translate complex business needs (e.g., accounting standards, tax regulations, compliance, risk management) into system requirements and drive technical solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulatory requirements in system design.
  • Manage external vendors (development, testing, operations), ensuring technical excellence and resource optimization.
  • Drive internal process improvements and system optimization initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 5+ years of project management experience in financial system implementation, with at least 3 full project cycles completed.
