Financial Systems Specialist

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Financial Systems Specialist, where you will play a critical role in driving business value through effective analysis and implementation of financial systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements, implement new technologies, and optimize existing systems to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain expertise in Core Banking systems, including Temenos T24, to ensure seamless integration with other financial systems.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs.
  • Implement system changes and monitor performance to ensure optimal results.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial systems analysis and implementation.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex technical issues.
