Job Title: Financial System Implementation Specialist

This is a critical role within our Wealth Management Operations team. The successful candidate will play a key part in supporting the project management team and ensuring the smooth implementation of our back-office system.

  • We are seeking an individual with excellent collaboration skills to gather system requirements from stakeholders, coordinate system implementation, and conduct thorough system testing.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills to review the system's functionality with cross-functional teams, including Product, IT, Compliance, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • They will be responsible for preparing client data structures for integration by transforming existing data or storing relevant client information in a compatible format.
  • An in-depth analysis of the coverage and booking model of the Singapore Corporate Action Module is also required.
  • The candidate will develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure operational readiness.
  • They will design standard document templates, including statements and confirmations.
  • The successful candidate will oversee daily settlement operations for Wealth Management products, including trade settlements.
