About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Systems Strategist to lead our organization's digital transformation and drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead requirements gathering, validate evolving system specifications, and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Analyze business processes, identify inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Translate business requirements into technical designs, data mappings, integration specs, and user acceptance testing criteria.
  • Oversee design documentation, test plans, functional and non-functional specifications; ensure solution validity through QA and UAT phases.
  • Serve as technical liaison: aligning IT delivery with stakeholder expectations and timelines.
  • Mentor junior analysts, contribute to staff performance reviews, and foster ongoing development.
  • Implement process improvements, establish best practices for analysis and documentation standards across the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of systems/business analysis experience, including leadership or supervisory positions.
  • Data and C programming skills highly valued.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
