Job Title:
Electrical Systems Strategist

About the Role:
We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Engineering Specialist to drive the lifecycle of electrical systems across our mission-critical data center portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in power distribution, backup systems, and energy optimization, paired with operational foresight to ensure 24/7 uptime, compliance, and scalability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop electrical systems strategy across multi-site data centers, aligned with industry standards.
  • Oversee and validate medium/low voltage systems, UPS, generators, switchgear, and power monitoring platforms to ensure uptime and energy efficiency.
  • Review and approve electrical design packages, commissioning protocols, and lifecycle plans in coordination with design, construction, and operations teams.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations; support root cause analysis (RCA) and audit readiness.
  • Implement and refine SOPs/MOPs, monitor vendor performance, and uphold service-level expectations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate SCADA/BMS platforms, optimize energy usage, and support capacity planning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in electrical systems within mission-critical environments.
  • Proven expertise in power system design, redundancy planning, and electrical infrastructure commissioning.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and best practices.
  • Proficient in CMMS platforms, SCADA/BMS integration, and power quality analysis tools.
