Electrical Infrastructure Strategist Role Summary:

As a Principal Facilities Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the electrical infrastructure of our facilities. Your expertise will be instrumental in planning, installing, and commissioning major upgrades and expansion projects.

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of high-voltage systems, electrical distribution, cleanroom electrical facilities, critical backup power systems, and industrial automation/control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, installation, and commissioning of major electrical infrastructure upgrades and expansion projects.
  • Develop and enforce best-in-class engineering standards, operating procedures, and safety protocols across facilities.
  • Drive root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions for complex system issues and failures.
  • Serve as technical authority for system performance reviews, capacity planning, and utility consumption optimization.
  • Oversee and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or equivalent.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor fabs, high-tech manufacturing, or large-scale industrial plants; with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of safety standards, reliability engineering, and regulatory compliance in facilities operations.
  • Deep expertise in high-voltage systems, electrical distribution, cleanroom electrical facilities, critical backup power systems, and industrial automation/control.
