Administrative Registration Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Registration Specialist to oversee the registration process of vehicles in Singapore. This role requires excellent coordination skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

About the Role

As an Administrative Registration Specialist, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the car registration process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of registration procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Registration Process Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate the car registration process, including documentation preparation, submission, and follow-up with relevant authorities.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with car dealerships, customers, and government agencies to ensure timely and accurate completion of registration procedures.
  • Compliance Management: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of car registration regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements in Singapore.
  • Certificate of Entitlement (COE) Processing: Assist in the processing of COE registration and bidding, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Document Management: Manage and organize registration documents, records, and databases accurately.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders and departments as needed.
