Vehicle Registration Specialist
The ideal candidate will oversee vehicle registration processes in Singapore, ensuring efficient and accurate registration of vehicles, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and facilitate the vehicle registration process, including documentation preparation, submission, and follow-up with relevant authorities. Liaise with car dealerships, customers, and government agencies to ensure timely and accurate completion of registration procedures. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle registration regulations, procedures, and documentation requirements in Singapore. Assist in the processing of Certificate of Entitlement (COE) registration and bidding, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. Manage and organize registration documents, records, and databases accurately. Provide administrative support to internal stakeholders and departments as needed. Communicate effectively with team members, management, and external parties to resolve any registration-related issues or queries.
