Senior Creative Director, APAC

We're seeking a seasoned creative leader to helm our Asia-Pacific operations.

  • Job Description:
  • The Senior Creative Director will lead and inspire a team of creatives across multiple offices and countries, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • This role requires strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with distributed teams and leverage Meta's various canvases and auction mechanisms.

Responsibilities:

  • Management of cross-functional and multi-regional teams
  • Development of creative solutions to address individual advertisers' problems and vertical initiatives
  • Supporting creative strategists in creating persuasive campaigns demonstrating the value of Meta's platforms to advertisers
  • Collaboration with global networks of creative strategists
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time and of exceptional quality, providing sales teams with necessary support

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of marketing experience
  • 5+ years in digital media
  • Proven track record of people management experience
  • Demonstrated experience working effectively with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an emphasis on translating product information and data into client value
