About the Role:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Video Creative Leader to join our team. As a key member of our video production unit, you will be responsible for leading the creative vision for video projects from conception to final delivery.

You will work closely with clients and internal teams to develop concepts that effectively communicate marketing messages, oversee all phases of video production, including pre-production planning, on-set direction, and post-production editing.

Your strong portfolio showcasing work in ad films will be crucial in ensuring that all video content aligns effectively with client branding and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative vision for video projects
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop concepts
  • Oversight of all phases of video production
  • Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Review and approve all video content before final delivery

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Video Director or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Final Cut Pro
  • Familiarity with motion graphics tools like Adobe After Effects
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating previous work in directing marketing videos and ad films
