Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take reservations, manage seating, take orders, and settle bills.
  • Provide high-quality customer service to guests.
  • Perform opening and closing duties.
  • Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
  • Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
  • Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.
  • Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.
  • Adhere to health and sanitation regulations.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements:

  • Prior working experience in a Japanese restaurant is an added advantage.
  • No experience is welcomed to apply; training will be provided.
  • Candidates with 2-3 years of F&B service experience will be considered for a Supervisor/Assistant Manager role.
  • Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
  • Able to work for split shifts if necessary.
  • Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Passionate about the food and beverage industry.
