Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Take reservations, manage seating, take orders, and settle bills.
- Provide high-quality customer service to guests.
- Perform opening and closing duties.
- Address customer needs, comments, and complaints.
- Ensure items/dishes are well stocked and display cases are attractive and clean.
- Ensure that work stations are set up before the shift commences.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the restaurant.
- Adhere to health and sanitation regulations.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Prior working experience in a Japanese restaurant is an added advantage.
- No experience is welcomed to apply; training will be provided.
- Candidates with 2-3 years of F&B service experience will be considered for a Supervisor/Assistant Manager role.
- Willing to work on weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work for split shifts if necessary.
- Energetic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passionate about the food and beverage industry.
