Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the implementation of a comprehensive programme in HEALS ICU to enhance patient experience and stakeholder capabilities.
  • Provide operational and administrative support to programme leadership in the coordination, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives.
  • Be responsible for the operational aspects of the programme to meet its objectives and enhance overall performance.
  • Support the programme in achieving relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring alignment to organisational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Self-driven and independent with strong initiative
  • Resourceful with effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in data analysis, project management tools, and Microsoft suite
  • Familiarity with concepts of budgeting and corporate administration
  • Relevant experience in healthcare would be advantageous

The successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years. High-performing candidates may be emplaced permanently in suitable positions within the larger Operations Division, subject to availability of vacancies towards the end of the contractual period.
