Job Title: Chief Cost Estimator

Job Description:

The Chief Cost Estimator is responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, managing project budgets, and submitting accurate progress claims. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities include:

  • Preparation of detailed cost estimates, including material costs, labor costs, and overheads.
  • Project budgeting and financial management, including tracking expenses and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Submission of accurate progress claims, including documentation of work completed and payment schedules.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful as a Chief Cost Estimator, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in a related field.
