About the Role

As a Digital Transformation Leader for Group Digital Platform, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation initiatives across the organization. You will lead cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute digital transformation strategies that align with business goals
  • Lead agile teams to design and deliver digital solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in digital transformation or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering successful digital projects
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per annum
