Head of Channel Growth

As the Head of Channel Management at GXS Bank, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of SME Banking business through strategic and diversified acquisition channels. This role requires a dynamic and experienced leader with a deep understanding of the SME sectors in Singapore, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of partnership agreements, ensuring mutual value and effective integration.
- Develop and implement strategies to diversify SME acquisition channels through partnerships with online aggregators, corporate services providers, referral partners, etc.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of all acquisition channels, utilizing data and analytics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Innovate and optimize channel strategies to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring sustainable growth and competitive advantage.
- Work collaboratively with Retail and SME teams to develop and execute GTM strategies that align with the bank's objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing and related teams to oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns associated with channel initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, market trends, and areas for improvement in channel initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience (at least 10+ years) in strategic partnerships, channel management, or a related role within the banking or financial services industry.
- In-depth understanding of SME Banking, with a focus on customer acquisition and partnership strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic partnership plans that drive business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Ability to navigate and partner well with cross-functional teams, driving collaboration and achieving common goals.
- Strategic thinker with a visionary approach to partnership and channel management.
- Highly motivated and results-oriented, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
