About This Role

This position significantly contributes to enhancing the university's mobility Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Undergraduate (UG) students by providing them with valuable overseas immersion experiences during their course of study at Nanyang Technological University (NTU).

Main Responsibilities
  1. Deliver Expert Advice: Provide expert advisory services to potential and current outbound (semester exchange) NTU students through one-on-one clinic sessions, briefings, and host university-matching.
  2. Engage Students: Plan and execute student engagement activities such as informational talks, Partner Talks, and clinic sessions to educate NTU students about semester exchange programmes.
  3. Support Events: Co-conceptualise and provide event support for department-wide events like the Global Education & Mobility (GEM) Fair, which serves as a platform to connect partners, inbound students, and NTU students, promoting OGEM's mobility programmes and contributing to KPI achievements.
  4. Maintain Monitoring and Support: Offer support for activities related to maintaining close monitoring and student engagement for the GEM Ambassador Programme.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience, preferably in student services.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to make presentations.
  • Excellent planning, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Able to work independently and also as part of a team.
  • Process-driven individual with strong system process skills.
  • Good work attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Service-oriented mindset.
