Responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain data repositories and systems for key stakeholders' access to regular reports.
- Utilise data analytics tools such as Power Pivot, Power BI, and RPA to contribute to the graduate admission exercise.
- Oversee website maintenance and updates to support publicity activities for prospects.
- Provide guidance to prospects in their application journey and promote initiatives to enhance applicants' experience.
- Support planning and performing ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Polytechnic Diploma Holders or Entry Level Degree Holders with at least 2 years of related work experience.
- Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Knowledge or experience in using data analytics tools is an added advantage.
- Proactive and adaptable with strong prioritisation and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
