Executive (Contract/Regular), Children's Emergency-Admissions

Reporting to the Manager of the Admissions Office, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations at various Admitting points, including 24-hours areas such as Children's Emergency, Urgent O&G Centre and Delivery Suite. You are required to lead the frontline team of PSAs to deliver exceptional customer service to our patients and their caregivers.
You will drive transformation initiatives and projects to support the organisation's vision towards digitalization and e-learning, while meeting the set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Additionally, you will provide stakeholders with data analysis, reporting and dashboard solutions related to the patients' journey from admission to discharge.
Your duties will also include streamlining of processes and improving our service standards as well as contributing to ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Recognised Degree with minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in healthcare
- Prior Team Leadership experience is preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in data analytical tools and dashboard solutions will be an added advantage
- Positive and resilient personality, strong communication skills and a good team player with excellent service attitude
- Organised, logical thinker with good coordination and time management skills
