Job Title: Inventory Control Specialist

Job Description:
This role involves overseeing and maintaining current inventory levels to ensure seamless operations within the factory. You will be responsible for performing critical inventory tasks, maintaining accurate records of inventory, and reconciling actual stock counts with computer-generated reports.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain up-to-date inventory records, including transfers and cycle counts.
  • Perform physical count of inventory and reconcile with computer-generated reports.
  • Review documentation and monitor product codes to identify discrepancies.
  • Ensure accurate delivery and production documents are recorded and inputted into our in-house inventory system.
  • Plan deliveries of materials and manpower as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties to ensure smooth factory operations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE 'N'/ 'O level
  • Previous experience in an administration role
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work independently with attention to detail
