Strategic Business Partnership Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Partnership Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Director, this role is responsible for managing overall HR functions and identifying business challenges and solutions.

  • Work with clients to identify business opportunities and propose innovative strategies to achieve long-term goals.
  • Conduct studies and evaluations, design systems and procedures, and conduct work excellence studies to improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute business growth strategies in partnership with clients.
  2. Manage projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and addressing any challenges that may arise.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, project management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
