Talent Acquisition Expert

We are seeking a seasoned recruitment professional to join our team in driving global expansion efforts. As a Corporate Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and hiring top talent for key business areas such as Compliance, Operations, and other critical functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and execute full-cycle recruiting strategies: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating the hiring process, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Deliver exceptional candidate experiences from initial introduction to onboarding.
  • Collaborate closely with the HR team and hiring managers to continuously improve the hiring process.
  • Drive or contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.
  • Effectively manage recruiting databases in a structured and timely manner.
  • Develop and maintain a continually stocked pipeline of quality talent through networking, university outreach, and local job fairs.
Requirements:
  • 3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within a leading internet company or agencies.
  • Business/Corporate Talent hiring experience for Web3/Crypto companies is an asset.
  • Fluency in English required for coordination with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are an added advantage.
  • Skilled in modern sourcing and selection techniques.
  • Market mapping experience for global or Asia markets.
  • A proven track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals.
  • Effective stakeholder management, relationship-building, and consulting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • A positive attitude towards crypto.
