Global Recruitment Specialist

Our recruitment team is a key part of our business that excels at finding top candidates for their roles. We maintain high standards and promote diversity, ensuring an inclusive environment for every candidate.
We utilize innovative sourcing techniques, attend campus events, and expand our brand presence to attract top talent globally. The team consists of high-performing individuals from diverse backgrounds working across continents and countries to make impactful hires for all departments.
- Lead and develop a team of professional recruiters to achieve hiring goals
- Work with leadership teams to strategize around hiring plans, employer branding, compensation analysis, talent mapping, and retention
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to refine job descriptions and ensure alignment with business objectives
A key responsibility will be to build a strong talent pipeline and recruit from various sources. You will track and report recruitment progress to meet hiring targets across the organization.
You will drive overall quality and pace of hiring while owning 2-3 priority roles at a time. Key projects include:
- Campus and early career strategies
- Employer branding initiatives
- Creative recruitment solutions
This role requires a seasoned recruiting professional with excellent stakeholder management skills, regional expertise, and a proactive mindset. Experience with sourcing tools, direct sourcing channels, and ATS software is essential.
The ideal candidate has:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related fields
- Fluency in English and Mandarin
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment
- 5+ years as a Recruitment Manager or similar role
As a Talent Acquisition Lead, you will drive results and lead global strategies. You are expected to travel up to 25% and possess a competitive compensation package.
