**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in analyzing the recruitment needs of various departments according to the company’s strategy and business plan, prepare and implement recruitment plans, and work with leaders establish and improve recruitment processes and systems;
- Responsible for recruiting key positions and recruitment operations including but not limited to talent search, interviews and assessments, coordinate with business departments on recruitment decisions, offer proposal, ensuring smooth onboarding and probation period management.
- Provide efficient recruitment suggestions and interview process guidance based on the progress of each position;
- Manage various overseas recruitment channels, evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of recruitment channel and provide feedback;

**Job requirements**:

- Undergraduate degree or above, with at least 5 years of recruitment work experience;
- More than 3 years of global recruitment experience preferred;
- Familiar with recruitment process, proficient in using various recruitment tools and methods, rich recruitment experience and skills and familiar with relevant national laws;
- Be proficient in professional knowledge and skills in role analysis, talent evaluation, recruitment interviews, etc.;
- Efficient communication and coordination skills;
- Good professional ethics and conduct and good sense of teamwork.
