Job Overview
This role is focused on driving campus recruiting initiatives in Asia ex-Japan. You will partner with our businesses to design and implement strategies, programs, and processes for mainly Investment Banking and partly Global Markets.
You will work with a team of dedicated Early Careers recruiters reporting into the Head of Early Careers for Asia ex-Japan. This is a rare opportunity for a passionate campus recruiter who is looking for the next role where you can make a difference by initiating and implementing changes and fresh ideas.
About the Role
- You will be based in Singapore.
- You will have opportunities to work with your peers from other regions on global projects.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in campus recruiting.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and implementing campus recruiting strategies or programs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and embrace change and new ideas.
