Job Title: Senior Marketing Leader

The role of Senior Marketing Leader involves driving student enrolment through innovative digital marketing strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage end-to-end digital campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
  • Oversee media agencies, campaign budgets, KPIs, and performance reporting to ensure optimal results.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all channels that effectively communicates the programme's value proposition.
  • Utilize marketing automation tools to oversee the lead lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with the admissions team to enhance lead nurturing, scoring, and conversion workflows.
  • Maintain and enhance lead databases with a focus on data accuracy, segmentation, and GDPR compliance.
  • Design real-time dashboards to monitor campaign and funnel performance.
  • Customize and localize messaging for target markets.
  • Plan and implement in-market initiatives such as virtual events and strategic partnerships.
  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with programme office goals.
  • Provide performance insights and market intelligence to senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with programme directors, faculty, and external vendors to ensure cohesive marketing execution.
Requirements:
  • Strong strategic mindset and execution capabilities in digital performance marketing.
  • Experience in marketing technology (MarTech) and lead lifecycle management.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
