Deep Foundation Operations Manager

This role oversees bored pile and Deep Soil Mixing operations on site, encompassing resource management, liaison with Quality and Planning teams, and progress tracking.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop piling program schedules and organize resources according to the planned timeline.
- Collaborate with QP-Site technical and operational matters experts.
- Monitor piling records and prepare regular progress reports for presentations.
- Attend meetings and manage subcontractor engagement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Civil Engineering or Geological degree or diploma from a reputable institution.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in civil supervisory roles with relevant background in Bored Piling / Deep Soil Mixing operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD software.
- Ability to work full-time on-site.
Preferred Competencies:
- Excavation and drainage expertise.
- Experience in water and construction investigation.
- 3D modeling skills.
- Knowledge of compliance regulations and engineering design principles.
- Project coordination and civil engineering expertise.
- Geotechnical engineering and instrumentation knowledge.
- Ground improvement techniques understanding.
- Laboratory testing expertise.
