Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Piling Specialist to join our team. As a Piling Specialist, you will be responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects across various sites in Singapore.

You will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure that geotechnical works are implemented safely, efficiently, and in line with design intent.

  • Assist in planning and executing geotechnical works including piling, soil improvement, deep excavation, and ERSS installation.
  • Monitor and supervise site activities to ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
  • Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical and operational issues.
  • Interpret soil investigation (SI) reports and assist in geotechnical assessments for project sites.
  • Support site instrumentation planning, installation, and monitoring (e.g., settlement markers, inclinometers).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Piling Specialist, you should possess:

  • A degree or diploma in engineering (or relevant academic qualifications)
  • At least 2 years' experience in construction or design roles (piling, ground improvement, ERSS, etc.)

Additionally, you should have a strong understanding of geotechnical principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
