Dialysis Centre Support Specialist

Job Role Summary:
">This role is responsible for supporting patient care and equipment management within a dialysis centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work as part of a team and possess a minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level Certification or relevant healthcare support certificate.

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs monitoring and treatment response evaluation">
- Support nursing staff with haemodialysis cannulation and needle removal in accordance with established guidelines">
- Assist patients with personal hygiene, mobility and comfort needs">
- Monitor patient condition and report abnormalities before, during and after dialysis treatments">
- Perform sterilisation of dialysis equipment and maintain environmental cleanliness">
- Report any equipment faults or issues promptly and assist in maintaining consumable stock levels">
Requirements:

- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level Certification or relevant certificate in Healthcare Support">
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays">
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team">
- Previous healthcare experience preferred">
