Job Opportunity:

The Dialysis Centre seeks a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant to provide patient care and support, as well as manage equipment and environmental cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including vital signs and fluid balance monitoring.
  • Assist with haemodialysis cannulation and needle removal, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Provide patient care and support for personal hygiene, mobility, and overall well-being.
  • Monitor patient condition and report any abnormalities before, during, and after dialysis treatments.

Equipment and Environmental Management:
  • Maintain a clean and sterile environment by sterilizing dialysis equipment and disposing of waste properly.
  • Prepare dialysis machines for treatment sessions, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
  • Manage consumable stock levels and assist with medical materials administration, ensuring timely availability.

Requirements:
  • Hold minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level Certification or relevant certificate in Healthcare Support.
  • Demonstrate ability to work 6 days a week in rotating shifts, including weekends and Public Holidays.
