Nurse Specialist Role

As a Nurse Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment. Your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver effective dialysis treatments and monitor patient outcomes.
  • Take ownership of patient education and vascular access care, ensuring that patients and their families receive accurate information and support.
  • Maintain open communication channels with colleagues, patients, and the public, fostering a positive and respectful work environment.
  • Support the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Hold a valid registration with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • Possess at least a NITEC in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
  • Have a minimum of one year's relevant working experience in a dialysis centre.
  • Be willing to work a 6-day week, including weekends and public holidays.
