Job Description

As a strategic partner, you will build and manage relationships with stakeholders to identify opportunities for engagement and partnerships.

You will plan, coordinate, and deliver events and initiatives that create meaningful interactions among alumni and students.

A key aspect of this role is conducting regular feedback to assess the effectiveness of programs and identifying areas for improvement.

The ideal candidate will be able to build and maintain lasting connections with alumni and students through tailored outreach and engagement initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • A good Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 – 7 years' proven experience in stakeholder and events management and/or partnership development roles, preferably in a higher education setting.
  • A natural connector and collaborator, with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • A self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously, meeting moving deadlines and achieving measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to do charts in excel and interpret data.
  • Willingness to work after office hours and on weekends, when required.
